Trevor Bond
Wow, what a great day. Trevor had us thinking on our feet all day. Questioning what we are doing and why we are doing it. I went away from the session with one major focus. Should we or should we not start our inquiry with a task??

What a great day out to focus on questioning. In my class I have become more aware of the types of questions that my class and myself are asking. I really enjoyed discussing the questioning skills taxonomy, as this gives a clear indication of what types of questions children are asking and how we can develop them. for inquiry learning Trevor was able to give me a great idea, in that rather than having a Big Question my class is working on a Task, that is imbedded in a question. So far so good, as we have a clear direction towards an action at the end of our Inquiry.
